Wondering what's in store for summer 2006 at Snowshoe Mountain? Then here's a quick peak in to what to expect...

• $40,000 Mountain Bike Race Series - This four race event, with dual slalom and downhill disciplines, will give out $25,000 in cash and over $15,000 in great prizes.
• New Dirt Jump Park on Skidder Slope
• New Slopestyle Park on Skidder Slope - This new park will include many of the same features used in last summer's Monster Park.
• At least 4 New Downhill Trails on the Western Territory
• At least 4 New Freeride Trails in the Bike Park
• New section of Power Line completed on the Western Territory
• New Beginner and Intermediate trails on the Western Territory

As you can see, it's going to be a busy summer so as soon as the snow starts to melt, look for the bike park crew to head out and start working. Stay tuned for pictures and more updates.


Freeride / Downhill Camp Details Announced

Again this season, Snowshoe will be partnering with Shaums March and Mad March Racing to bring you two great freeride and downhill camps. The first camp will be June 20 - 23 and the second camp will be August 15 - 18. Click here for complete details.
